Our
Services for You
We offer a
full range of services to
assist you. Manufacturing
Resource Partners will be
with you the entire way
during the project process,
from the initial
requirements analysis and
software selection, right
through to
post-implementation
follow-up and support.
Requirements Analysis
and Software Selection
Manufacturing Resource
Partners utilizes a very
defined process to analyze
your manufacturing and
system requirements in order
to assist you in selecting
the best software
configuration to meet your
needs. We strive to
establish early in your
evaluation process, if
Microsoft Great Plains is
indeed the "right" solution
for your environment. If it
is, we can move forward
together, working closely
with your project team to
determine the appropriate
modules and services that
meet your specific criteria.
If it is not, we will wish
you the best with your
continued search. We will
not try to "convince" you to
select a solution that does
not satisfy your
requirements, as we want
this to be the beginning of
a successful partnership.
Implementation
Planning and Project
Management
Our
Project Managers have the
real world experience to
assist you in every area of
project planning, control
and execution. Each Project
Manager on our staff has
between 12 and 24 years of
experience in manufacturing
management. They have been
in your shoes, and are
familiar with the particular
issues that face
manufacturing organizations.
Business Process
Analysis/Lean Manufacturing
During the
Implementation planning
phase, we will assist you in
identifying the key
processes that control your
business. As part of the
implementation process, we
will review these processes
with your key people and
suggest improvements to make
your business more
efficient. We use Lean
Manufacturing techniques to
eliminate the non-value
added activities from your
organization. The heart of
Lean Manufacturing lies in
the elimination of waste,
not just in a material
sense, but in its
application to everyday
activities. What this means
is that organizational focus
is on all activities that do
not directly contribute to
bottom line efficiency. If
the activity does not add
value, it should be
eliminated. Our Value Stream
Mapping applies standard
methods analysis to
workplace activities, from
clerical, through
manufacturing, to
managerial, seeking to
eliminate as many non
revenue-generating
activities as possible.
