Dan
Abernathy - CPIM , MCP
Managing Director
Dan has 13 years of manufacturing
management experience in aerospace (Northrop B-2
Division), electronics and imaging systems
(Fairchild-Weston), avionics (Cardion-General
Signal), and semi-conductors (General Instrument).
His areas of expertise include Operations Planning
and Control, Program Management, Materials
Management, Total Quality Management, and Self
Directed Team Building and Motivation. He has
implemented and worked with large MRP/ERP
implementations at three of his companies, and has
consulted on over 250 ERP implementations since
1994. Dan's educational background includes a BBA
degree in Finance (Cum Laude) from Dowling College
in New York, 28 hours of MBA coursework from Hofstra
University and Cal-Poly Pomona,
and an APICS Certification in Production and
Inventory Control. Dan has also been a past
recipient of the Northrop B-2 Division Quality
Award, and The B-2 Division Supplier of the Year
Award.

Don
Kapuscinski - CPIM , MCP
Senior Manufacturing Consultant
Don has 18 years of Materials
and Manufacturing Management experience in such
diverse industries such as aerospace (British
Tire and Rubber/ Hawker Siddley and Loral) along
with additional experience in repetitive
manufacturing environments (Sensormatic) and
with high-tech electronics firms and job shop
environments. His areas of expertise include
Materials Management, Manufacturing Management,
Warehousing and Distribution, Manufacturing Cost
accounting, Estimating, Budget Projections and
Repetitive Manufacturing. He has been an ERP
Consultant since 1994 and has been involved in
over 250 installations with clients such as
Allied Signal, Hewlett Packard, Texas
Instruments, Applied Materials and Beckton
Dickinson. Don has worked on the implementation
teams for other ERP/MRP software packages that
include MAPICS and Cullinet. His educational
achievements includes a BS (Cum Laude) From New
York Institute of Technology, APICS CPIM
certification since 1983 and continuing
education from such experts in manufacturing and
materials as APICS and The Ollie Wight Company.
Don Has also has been an instructor for national
APICS classes teaching "Making MRP Work".

| Peter Kelly - MCP
Senior Manufacturing Consultant
An experienced Operations
Leader with a success record won in a variety of
industrial environments including Aerospace (APW
- Aerospace Director - Mfg. Operations, Burbank,
CA), High Tech (Americ Disc- Plant Manager
Modesto, CA, Motorola- Manufacturing Manager,
Toronto, Canada, Dataproducts- Manufacturing
Manager, Dublin, Ireland), and traditional
manufacturing (Crouse Hinds- Director Ops. /
Factory Manager Syracuse, NY). Hands On Customer
Service experience in both OEM and after market.
Extensive World Class Manufacturing
implementation expertise (including Kaizen, JIT
, SMED, SPC and Value Chain Management). Peter's
education includes a BS Business UCD Ireland
Honors (Cum Laude) earned in 1987 and he worked
towards his MS (Computer Science) at Syracuse
University 1994.

Tammy
Guarino - CPIM , MCP
Senior Manufacturing Consultant
Tammy has over 30 years of
manufacturing and materials management
experience in medical device manufacturing
(Safety Syringes), aerospace (Magnavox APS
Division) and high volume/high tech companies
(American Telecommunications Corporation and
Cypher Data Products). She has consulted on over
200 implementation sites since 1995. Tammy is a
member of the ISPE (International Society of
Pharmaceutical Engineers) and is an expert in
FDA regulations and software validations.

| Nancy McGourty
Director of Sales and Marketing
Nancy has 19 years experience
in sales, sales management and marketing in the
computer industry with IBM, ComputerLand,
Lexmark, Ashton-Tate and Siebel Systems. Nancy
has achieved her certification on Siebel
Software. In the manufacturing software sales
arena, she has been instrumental in the success
of Kewill ERP and Ross Systems. She has received
many awards for sales recognition, including the
1990 and 1991 ComputerLand Vendor Awards while
at Ashton-Tate and the 1992 Western Area
Manager’s Annual Achievement Award at Lexmark.
Nancy has completed numerous vendor
certification and training programs, including
IBM Marketing Training, ComputerLand’s Sales
Management Training, Target Account Selling
(TAS) and Seven Habits of Highly Effective
People. She attended St. Vincent’s, New York
City, NY, Lamar University, Beaumont, TX and
completed most of her BBA at the University of
Houston, TX, before relocating to California. In
addition, she is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma,
Honor Fraternity for Business & Management, and
she was selected for The National Dean’s List
1983-1984. She is currently President of the
Board of Directors for the HIV/AIDS Re-entry and
Empowerment Project in San Francisco.

Sims
Administration and Scheduling Manager
Jeannie has been our
administration and scheduling manager since
1998. She has been a customer favorite due to
her personality and ability to work with people.
Her administration skills have been the glue
that keeps our team working efficiently.
Jeannie's efforts allow our consulting team to
focus on their jobs helping the customers.
